This Privacy Policy explains how Ngage Kids (“Ngage Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when parents or legal guardians use our educational worksheet generation, worksheet scoring, and related parent-managed learning tools (collectively, the “Services”).
Ngage Kids is designed for parent-managed use. Parents and legal guardians create and manage accounts, provide child profile information, generate worksheets, and upload completed worksheet images for scoring.
Ngage Kids is intended to be used by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. Children should use Ngage Kids only with parent or guardian permission and supervision.
Parents should provide only a child’s first name or nickname. Parents should not provide a child’s last name, home address, school name, teacher name, email address, phone number, exact birthday, precise location, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

Ngage Kids uses artificial intelligence tools to generate worksheets, provide worksheet-related assistance, and score uploaded worksheet images. To provide these features, limited child profile information and worksheet content may be processed by AI service providers.
We aim to minimize the information sent to AI systems. We do not intentionally send parent payment details, parent account credentials, home addresses, child contact information, or other unnecessary sensitive information to AI systems.
AI-generated content may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. Parents should review worksheet content, scoring, and feedback before relying on it.
Parents or children may upload images of completed worksheets for scoring. Uploads should contain only the completed worksheet. Do not upload school records, medical documents, IDs, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, personal photos, or other private information.
Uploaded worksheet images are used to evaluate worksheet effort and provide scoring feedback. We do not use uploaded worksheet images to identify children or infer sensitive personal information.
Ngage Kids is designed as a parent-managed educational tool. Because the Services may involve children under 13, we seek parent or legal guardian consent before collecting child profile information used to personalize worksheets.
Parents and legal guardians may request to review, correct, or delete child-related information associated with their account. Parents may also revoke consent by requesting deletion of child-related information or account closure.
We do not knowingly collect child contact information directly from children. We do not knowingly allow children to create independent accounts without parent or guardian involvement.
We do not sell child personal information.
We do not use child activity, worksheet submissions, or child profile information for targeted advertising.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics or logging providers, and artificial intelligence providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide, secure, support, or improve the Services.
Payment information is processed by our payment provider. Ngage Kids does not intentionally store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our servers.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, support subscriptions, generate worksheets, provide scoring, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security or compliance records.
Generated worksheet records, scores, and parent account records may be retained while the account is active. Parents may request deletion of child-related information at any time.
We may retain certain records where necessary for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
