These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ngage Kids (“Ngage Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our parent-managed educational worksheet generation, worksheet scoring, worksheet helper, and related learning tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Ngage Kids is designed for use by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child profile you create, or that you have the legal authority to provide consent for the child’s use of the Services.
Children should use the Services only with parent or guardian permission and supervision.
Ngage Kids provides personalized educational worksheets, worksheet-related guidance, and worksheet scoring tools. Worksheets may be customized based on a child’s first name or nickname, age, grade level, interests, activity preferences, growth focus, language preference, and parent-provided learning notes.
The Services are intended to support at-home learning, creativity, problem-solving, and parent-supervised educational enrichment.
Ngage Kids is not a school, tutoring center, medical provider, mental health provider, therapy service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional educational, medical, psychological, or developmental advice.
Worksheet scores and feedback are for general educational encouragement only and should not be treated as formal grades, assessments, diagnoses, or professional evaluations.
By using the Services, you consent to Ngage Kids collecting and using the information you provide to generate and score educational worksheets for your child, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide only the minimum child-related information needed to use the Services. Please use only your child’s first name or nickname. Do not provide a child’s last name, home address, school name, teacher name, phone number, email address, exact birthday, precise location, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
If you upload a completed worksheet for scoring, you agree to upload only a clear image of the completed worksheet. Do not upload school records, medical documents, government IDs, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, personal photos, family photos, home photos, or other private documents.
We may reject or ignore uploads that are blank, unrelated, inappropriate, unreadable, or contain unnecessary private information.
Ngage Kids uses artificial intelligence to generate worksheets, provide worksheet-related help, and score uploaded worksheet images. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inappropriate, or unexpected.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing worksheet content, instructions, scores, and feedback before relying on them or giving them to a child.
We do not guarantee that any worksheet, score, feedback, or AI-generated response will be error-free, age-perfect, educationally complete, or suitable for every child.

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, features, limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at checkout, in your account, or on the applicable subscription page.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Taxes and payment processing terms may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Some plans may include worksheet generation limits, upload limits, scoring limits, weekday/weekend access differences, or other usage restrictions. Applicable limits may be shown at checkout, in your account, or within the Services.
We may limit, pause, or restrict access if usage limits are reached, payment fails, a subscription becomes inactive, or we detect misuse, abuse, fraud, or technical risk.

Parents and legal guardians may request review, correction, or deletion of child-related information by contacting us.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, speed, performance, or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, security events, bugs, or other disruptions.
The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, payments, email, analytics, logging, artificial intelligence processing, and related infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, data loss, or failures caused by third-party systems.
Ngage Kids, including our branding, website, software, templates, design, features, and service structure, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, parents may use generated worksheets for personal, household, non-commercial educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated worksheets or Services without written permission.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and suitability for any particular child or educational outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ngage Kids shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including learning loss, missed educational opportunities, inaccurate outputs, service interruptions, data loss, account issues, payment issues, or reliance on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ngage Kids during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ngage Kids, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, your uploaded materials, or your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we believe there is non-payment, misuse, abuse, legal risk, security risk, fraud, policy violation, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
